Privacy policy
Yaybird, operated by Leonyr LLC. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Yaybird lets businesses plan, approve and publish posts to their own social media accounts, written by their team or by AI agents they connect. Leonyr LLC operates it.
What we store
Your email address and name, the workspaces and brands you set up, the posts, captions and media you or your agents create, and each platform's reply when a post is published, such as the post id and link. When you connect a social account we store the access token the platform issues, the account id and the account name. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: to show your queue, check captions against your brand rules, and publish what you approved to the accounts you connected. We do not read or store data about your followers or visitors, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the service and stores its data. An email provider sends sign-in links. Each social platform receives the posts you publish to it.
YouTube
Publishing to YouTube uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.
Deleting data
