Turn on push and your phone tells you the moment a draft needs you. Tap it, check the preview, approve. Prefer email? Get each one right away, or one summary in the morning.

Approval questions
Can an AI agent approve its own post?
No. No tool an agent can call approves anything. A post an agent writes stays a draft until a person approves it in Yaybird, signed in on their phone or computer.
What happens if a post changes after I approve it?
It comes back to you. An approval covers the exact version you saw, so any edit by an agent sends the post back for approval.
Can I skip approval for a brand?
Yes, if you choose to. Each brand has an auto-approve setting, off by default. Only an owner or admin can turn it on, in the app, never an agent. Posts that break a brand rule still stop.
Who can approve?
Owners, admins and approvers. Viewers can only look. On Business you can invite an approver, so one person drafts and another says yes.
How do I get told a post is waiting?
By push notification on the phones you turn it on for, and by email right away or once a day, as you choose. On an iPhone, push works once you add Yaybird to your Home Screen.
What does a brand rule block?
Words you never use, claims you never make (like promises of results), and house style such as no em dashes. Rules can also require something on every post. A draft that breaks one shows the phrase and the fix.
