Brand rules for every post your AI writes.

Tell Yaybird the words you never use, the claims you never make and what every post must say. Each draft from ChatGPT, Claude or any agent is checked before it reaches you, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Example: the real estate pack

A listing post, stopped before it reached you.

Disclosure of edited listing photos and fair housing wording. Here is every rule in the pack, and what it does to a listing post an AI might write.

  1. ClaimNever imply an image is unaltered. Edited images are always called AI-edited.Fix: Call it "AI-edited" or "virtually staged", and offer the original photo.
  2. ClaimNever imply that disclosure is optional.Fix: Say edited listing photos are disclosed, with a link to the original.
  3. ClaimEdited photos are "disclose by default", never "exempt".Fix: Say "disclose by default" instead.
  4. Never sayFair housing: describe the home, not who should live thereFix: Describe the property and its features instead of the buyer.

How rules work

Checked on every draft, from every agent.

  1. Your AI reads them first

When ChatGPT or Claude asks Yaybird about your brand, it gets your rules and guidelines before it writes a word.

  2. Every draft is checked

Captions, first comments and every part of a thread are checked on each platform, whoever wrote them: an agent or a person in the composer.

  3. A broken rule stops the draft

Your AI gets the phrase it used, the rule and the fix, so it can rewrite and check again. You never see the version that broke it.

  4. You still approve

A draft that passes waits for your approval on your phone. Rules catch words; you judge the post.

Five kinds of rule

Write your own, or start from a pack.

Add a pack in one tap, then edit any rule in it. Try a caption against your rules in the app before any agent writes one.

Never say
Words and phrases you never use, from slang to competitor names.
Claims
Patterns you never claim, like promises of results or “best in the world”.
Must include
Something every post needs on the platforms you pick, like a disclosure.
House style
No em dashes, no exclamation marks, no emoji. One switch each.
Guidelines
Notes your AI reads before it writes, for what a machine cannot check.
  • General

Plain claims and a clean house style for any brand.

    • House style: No em dashes
    • Never say: No promises of results
    • Claim: No "best in the world" claims without a source
    • Guideline: No testimonials, reviews or results from people who do not exist, and no AI presenter shown as a customer.
  • Real estate

Disclosure of edited listing photos and fair housing wording.

    • Claim: Never imply an image is unaltered. Edited images are always called AI-edited.
    • Claim: Never imply that disclosure is optional.
    • Claim: Edited photos are "disclose by default", never "exempt".
    • Never say: Fair housing: describe the home, not who should live there
  • Health and wellness

No cure claims or unsourced proof, and a disclaimer on every post.

    • Claim: No claims to cure, treat or prevent a condition
    • Never say: No proof claims without a source
    • Must include: Every post carries a disclaimer

Rules are one half of the gate. The other is approving every post on your phone. Set up your assistant on the ChatGPT or Claude page.

Questions

Brand rule questions

Is the real estate pack legal advice?

No. It is a starting point built from rules a real estate brand uses: disclose edited listing photos, and describe the home rather than who should live there. Check it against your own market’s rules and your broker’s, then edit it.

Can I change a pack after I add it?

Yes. Once a pack is added, every rule in it is your brand’s own to edit or delete. Adding a pack again skips rules the brand already has.

Can my AI change or skip the rules?

No. Rules are set by people in the app. No tool an agent can call changes them, and a draft that breaks one cannot be sent for approval until it is fixed.

Do rules check first comments and replies too?

Yes. A first comment and each part of a thread are checked like a caption. Replies to comments are checked against your never-say words, claims and house style before you approve them.

What can a rule not catch?

Meaning. A rule matches words and patterns, so it can miss a claim said in other words. Guidelines are for that: your AI reads them before it writes, and you still approve every post.

How many rules can a brand have?

Up to 100, with up to 50 phrases in each never-say or must-include rule. Packs and the rule editor are on every plan.
