The way X does: every link counts as 23 characters, and an emoji or a Chinese, Japanese or Korean character counts as 2. Your AI sees the count before you do.

Are posts with links limited?

Yes. X charges for posts with a link, so they are capped at 20 a month on Creator and 60 on Business. Posts without links are not capped.

Can it post a thread?

Yes. Each part is checked against the limit and your brand rules, and you approve the thread as one post.
